Statement of Faith

We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the complete revelation of God's will for humanity, consisting of the Old and New Testaments. The Bible is the ultimate guide for faith, practice, and living a life that pleases God. It is without error in its original manuscripts and serves as the standard for all Christian teaching and doctrine.
Scriptures: 2 Timothy 3:16–17, 2 Peter 1:20–21.

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. These three persons are coequal, coeternal, and of the same essence. Each person of the Trinity is fully God and yet distinct in their roles in the world and in the life of the believer.
Scriptures: Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14.

We believe in the full deity and full humanity of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the eternal Son of God who became incarnate, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, and performed miracles as the revelation of God’s love and power. We believe that He died on the cross as the atoning sacrifice for our sins, was buried, and was resurrected on the third day. Jesus ascended into heaven and will return one day to judge the living and the dead. He is the only way to salvation.
Scriptures: John 1:1–14, John 14:6, Romans 5:8–10, Acts 1:11.

We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone. Salvation is the free gift of God, not earned by human works, but granted to those who repent of their sins and place their trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. This salvation results in forgiveness of sins, reconciliation with God, and eternal life. Those who are saved are indwelled by the Holy Spirit, who empowers them to live a life of holiness and service.
Scriptures: Ephesians 2:8–9, Romans 10:9–10, Titus 3:5–7.

We believe in the person and work of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and leads believers into all truth. The Spirit indwells every believer at the moment of salvation, empowers them for service, and produces spiritual fruit in their lives. The Holy Spirit also equips believers with spiritual gifts for the edification of the Church and the advancement of God's kingdom.
Scriptures: John 14:16–17, Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 12:4–11, Galatians 5:22–23.

We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, consisting of all believers who are united by faith in Jesus Christ. The Church exists to worship God, proclaim the gospel, make disciples, and serve others. We affirm the importance of gathering together for worship, fellowship, teaching, and prayer. The Church is called to be a witness to the world and to carry out the Great Commission by making disciples of all nations.
Scriptures: Matthew 28:19–20, Acts 2:42–47, Ephesians 4:11–16.

We believe that marriage is a sacred institution ordained by God, designed to be the union of one man and one woman in a covenant relationship. Marriage is intended to reflect the relationship between Christ and His Church. We affirm the biblical teaching that marriage is to be between a man and a woman and is to be held in honor and purity.
Scriptures: Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:22–33, Hebrews 13:4.

We believe that baptism is an outward sign of the inward change that occurs when a person places their faith in Jesus Christ. Baptism is an act of obedience to Christ's command and a public declaration of one's faith. We practice believer’s baptism by immersion, symbolizing the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. While baptism is an important step in the Christian life, it is not the means of salvation but a symbol of the believer's identification with Christ in His death and resurrection.
Scriptures: Matthew 28:19, Acts 2:38, Romans 6:3–4.

We believe that the Lord's Supper (also known as communion) is a sacred ordinance instituted by Jesus Christ. It is a remembrance of His body broken for us and His blood shed for the forgiveness of sins. The Lord's Supper is to be observed regularly by the Church until Christ returns. It is a time of reflection, repentance, and thanksgiving for the sacrifice of Jesus.
Scriptures: Matthew 26:26–29, 1 Corinthians 11:23–26.

We believe in the personal, visible, and imminent return of Jesus Christ. He will return to earth to establish His kingdom, judge the living and the dead, and make all things new. The return of Christ is the hope of the Church and motivates us to live holy and godly lives in anticipation of His coming.
Scriptures: Acts 1:11, 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17, Revelation 22:12–20.

We believe that the Church is called to fulfill the Great Commission by spreading the gospel and making disciples of all nations. Every believer has been commissioned to be a witness of the love and truth of Jesus Christ and to live in a way that reflects the transforming power of the gospel.
Scriptures: Matthew 28:19–20, Acts 1:8, 2 Corinthians 5:18–20.

We believe in the eternal destiny of all people. Those who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ will spend eternity with God in heaven, enjoying eternal life in His presence. Those who reject Christ will face eternal separation from God in hell. This belief in the eternal judgment and reward motivates us to share the gospel with others and to live lives that honor God.
Scriptures: John 3:16, John 14:2–3, Revelation 20:11–15.
