Scripture: "The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me." – Psalm 28:7 (NIV)
You’ve poured out your energy today—mentally, emotionally, physically. But God’s strength doesn’t end when yours does. He remains your shield and your helper, even in the quiet hours of the night. He is strong for you when you no longer feel strong for yourself.
Sometimes real strength is found not in what you do, but in how you rest and trust in Him. When you place your heart in His hands, He doesn’t just protect it—He renews it. He gently restores what the day has depleted and prepares you for what’s next.
Before you sleep, take a few deep breaths and invite God’s strength to restore you. Release every burden, every drain, every concern. Rest not in your ability—but in His strength.
